The mouth transforms into a bright and bold flavor with notes of fresh rosemary, thyme, garden peas, and the bitterness of fresh olive leaf, endive, and spicy arugula. The spiciness lingers, turning into a fresh cracked black peppercorn finish. Perfect for steak, drizzling on before grilling and drizzling to finish as well, or use in spicy sauces like salsa, chimichurri, chermoula, or use to sauté onions and then finish over boldly flavored soups and stews.
